Shipping is available to any of the 48 continental United States. Please read our policies page thoroughly to learn more about shipping procedure. Covered by a one-year manufacturer's defect warranty.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

When you receive the cargo, please check all the condition for the pallets.Once there is any damage or cracking, please sign the note on the receive sheet and report to our company. You have 48 hours to report all the damaged, if that time is over, the claim channel for damaged will be closed. Please pay more attention about this issue when you receive the items.
