Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for refund. The customer will pay return shipping charges. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Once the original package is missed, we will charge 25% for the restore fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping Policy

Shipping is available to any of the 48 continental United States. The shipping cost will vary based on location, weights, and a variety of other factors. It is usually $59 to $149 for each vanity. 

When you place an order, we will ship it out within 5 business days and arrive within 3 - 10 business days, depending on your location. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 
If we or the carrier are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone
The delivery driver will only drop off the item at the CURBSIDE, the driver has the right to refuse delivery to inside or driveway.

When you receive the cargo, please check all the condition for the pallets. Once there is any damage or cracking, please sign the note on the receive sheet and report to our company .We suggest you take a few pictures when it arrives, this may help when you are filing a claim. You have 48 hours to report all the damaged, if that time is over, the claim channel for damaged will be closed. Please pay more attention about this issue when you receive the items.
